Covid-19 Policy

Hello! We have been busy giving the shop a little refit so we are ready to welcome you back in store! We have also been busy putting in place the following procedures to make sure it is as safe as possible for you to shop with us:

We will be limiting the number of customers on the shop floor to 2, this is to ensure that a 2m social distance can be achieved.

Please sanitise your hands / gloves upon entry, sanitiser will be provided at the front of the shop.

The shop opening hours will initially be limited to 10-2, Mon-Sat, if you would like to visit outside these hours please contact us and we would be happy to accommodate you where possible.

We ask you to shop as promptly as possible in order to minimise your time in the shop. Difficult I know! This will be the hardest for us too!

Changing rooms will be closed for the time being but we would like to remind you of our returns policy, 14 days for a refund and 28 days for an exchange (unfortunately this excludes earrings).

We would like to encourage payment be made via contactless methods, either card or through your mobile phone.

We have regular cleaning processes in place.

All returns will be steamed and quarantined for 24 hours before going back on the shop floor.
